What we collect
When you request a trial, we collect the details you enter — your name, factory name, city, role, WhatsApp number and the number of sewing lines. If you become a customer, we also process the production data your team enters into LineSuite Apparel.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to set up your trial and talk to you about it. Your production data is used to run the service for your factory. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other factories.
Data security
Your factory's data is kept separate and is accessible only to your authorised team members. We take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorised access.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your contact details at any time by writing to us.
